Spin button failure with FP17

With certain OS/2 Fix Packs installed, VX-REXX spinbuttons fail to notify the parent program of a change in the spinbutton value. This makes selection of a specific hand number during hand redisplay impossible.
Note:  
This is not a fault of CFSPoker nor is there any way to program around this object failure.
